Terms of Use

Frameit (“App”) is a standalone video editing app in the sense that everything is happening on your device. Hence it works without internet connection. No account, sign up, passwords, imposed time limitation on videos.
The App requires permission to access your storage so that you can load videos for editing as well as store videos that you have created.
Your use of the App is subject to these Terms of Use („Terms“). You indicate your acceptance of the Terms by downloading and using the App.

You can delete the App at any time, no questions asked.
If we make any material amendments to these Terms, we will inform you in due course, for example by a notification in the App. The updated Terms will be published here and apply from the date stated under the title above. If you will find any of amendments unacceptable, please, delete the App.

(1) “Service” collectively refers to all the services provided by the App.
(2) “Free Service” refers to any service provided by the App free of charge.
(3) “Premium Service” refers to the paid services provided by the App.

Contractual Relationship Under These Terms

The App is provided by Figabyte Solutions d.o.o. from Zagreb, Croatia (“we”, “us” and “our”).
These Terms form a contract between you and us and regulate your use of the App.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The amended Terms will be published here. Unless otherwise stated in the amendments, the amended Terms will apply from the date of their publication stated under the title above. If the Terms will have been updated after your last log into the App, please, read the amended Terms. You accept the amended Terms by continuing to use the App. If you will find any of amendments unacceptable, please, delete the App.

Rights in/to the App

We grant you a non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the App for the intended purposes. We reserve all the rights not expressly granted to you.
The App is protected by intellectual property rights, which may include copyright, trademark, design, trade secret, and/or patent.
Any use of the App for unlawful purposes or in an unlawful manner is prohibited, including in a manner infringing on third-party intellectual property rights or violating third-party privacy rights. It is prohibited to copy, redistribute, sell, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise make use of the App contrary to the license. It is prohibited to remove, disguise, or modify any copyright, trademark and/or patent notice(s) in the App.

Service Provision and Modification

The details of our Premium Service provided for a fee are as follows:    
- The removal of watermark from your created videos;  
- The removal of advertisements in the Service.
We may change, suspend, or modify all or part of the Free Service. We do not provide any particular compensation to you in that regard.

Purchase and Payment

When you purchase our Premium Service, through a sales agency or a payment processing company (Google Play, etc.), the responsibility of disbursement is a matter governed by a separate contract between you and the sales agency or the payment processing company. We are not a member of the contracting parties and therefore cannot be held liable over issues arising from the contract. If you have any complaints or problems in relation to the sales agency or the payment processing company, you should contact the customer support team of the agency or company without delay.

Provision of Advertisement

We reserve the right to place advertisements in the App. We are not held liable for any loss or damage incurred due to your participation in the promotional activities of or transactions with the advertisers.

Availability and Support

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, at our discretion and without notice.
The App may provide a Help menu or other use manual information. Regardless, you acknowledge that we may not be able to provide support for your use of the App.
We disclaim any liability for any damage you may incur because of any modifications, discontinuation, or unavailability of the App or support for whatever reason and regardless of the duration of such unavailability.


We do not collect or otherwise process any personal information via the App.
We collect only anonymous events that occur during the use of the App, such as: “User has selected rotate mode”. We collect those only for the purposes of improving the App and its functionalities. For example, we may monitor if there is a step where users often get stuck or if there are features that users may not be aware of. This data is anonymous because it cannot be linked to any identifiable user or their personal information. It is linked to an anonymous identifier which is created when you install the App – a Firebase installation ID (FID). It is used to identify an App instance running on a device. Only the App instance for which it was provisioned can access the FID. The FID is deleted when you uninstall the App. If you have any questions about privacy in connection with your use of the App, please, use the Contact details provided in these Terms to contact us.
Advertising is one of the ways of funding our Services and enables us to provide our Free Service. In the App, we show ads from Google AdMob advertising service that state: “Google may use the advertising ID from the device on which the ad is serving to generate interests and demographics (for example, 'sports enthusiasts'). Interests, demographics, and other data may be used to serve better targeted ads to the user.”

In short, an “Advertising ID” is an alphanumeric string of digits provided by the operating system of a device. It is consistent across applications from different publishers. The Advertising ID is known as the Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”) on iOS devices and Google Advertising Identifier (“GAID”) on Android devices. Advertising IDs are used for interest-based advertising and other advertising related purposes. You can control the extent to which your Advertising ID is used for these purposes. Using the privacy settings on your device, you can typically reset and/or limit the use of your Advertising ID. For example, you can “limit ad tracking” on iOS devices or “optout of interest-based ads” on Android devices. These settings are specific to each device, which means that you should set them to your desired state on each of your devices individually. It may take some time for your updated settings to take effect. Please consider that resetting or limiting the use of your Advertising ID will not stop you from seeing ads, but the ads you see may be less relevant to you.

Liability Disclaimer

The App is provided as is, without any express or implied warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do our best to maintain the App and provide its main functionalities as described, but we are neither obligated to update, upgrade, or otherwise continue to develop the App, nor liable for any defects in the App or its functionalities, or the consequences they may cause. You use the App at your own risk.
We do not warrant that (i) the App and its functionalities will meet all user requirements or needs; (ii) access to the App be uninterrupted, timely, secure, free from defects, bugs, viruses, or another malware;(iii) the results that may be obtained using the App will be accurate or reliable; or (iv) any defects can be remedied. Hence, we exclude liability for any costs relating to any maintenance, service, or repairs of your hardware or software because of any defects, including malware, or other problems of any kind you may incur using the App.
We exclude liability for ordinary negligence.
This disclaimer does not affect the rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law, Jurisdiction and Venue

These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
We will put our efforts to resolve amicably any disputes that may arise in relation to the App and/or these Terms. Otherwise, the dispute will be resolved before the competent court in Zagreb, Croatia.
If you are a consumer from a European Union Member State or Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, we may try resolving a dispute via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform
